Your idea.
Your information.

This notice explains the information collected by the Private Label Plug website when you explore your collection or book a call. Updated October 30, 2026.

Before you choose a time.

We ask about your stage, garment, and preferred project-start timing. Those answers create a temporary booking session on this website. A restricted session cookie connects your answers to the calendar and your booking. It is used for the booking flow, not advertising.

When you book a call.

We ask for your name, email address, optional brand name, selected time, time zone, and whether you’d like to meet in person or online. With your agreement, we save your project answers and contact details with the booking so the team can prepare for your call and contact you about it. Plugtime provides the scheduling system. Booking does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Your calendar invitation.

Your booking is added to the Private Label Plug Google Calendar, and Google Calendar sends you the invitation. For an online call, the invitation includes the Google Meet link. To do this, Google receives your name, email address and call time. We also email you a confirmation from hello@privatelabelplug.com, sent through our email provider, Hostinger. Keep the booking reference shown on screen.

When you prepare for your call.

The call preparation guide does not ask for a name or email address and does not create a booking. The interactive label keeps your typed brand name in the current page. Downloading a planning brief creates a file on your device; your preparation notes are not sent with your booking.

Understanding how the page works.

The site records limited events such as a booking flow being started, a question being completed, or the calendar being opened. Those events use a random session identifier and may include a limited campaign code from the link you followed. They do not include your name, email, brand name, or form answers. These events are disabled when your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control preference. The site is hosted by Vercel, which processes your IP address and request details to deliver pages securely.

Storage and access.

Project information and booking records are kept in a private database that Neon runs for us in the United States, for the team to review. They are not published on the website or automatically sent to a marketing service. Your contact information is sent to the booking service in the booking request, not placed in a calendar URL.

Questions or changes.

For questions about information you have submitted, or to request a correction or deletion, email hello@privatelabelplug.com or write to Private Label Plug at 21215 Dequindre Road, Hazel Park, Michigan. Include your booking reference if you have it.
